I dislike this guy. To protect the identity of others, I cannot provide more information. Anyway, I found out that a lot of other people also dislike him! Haha! I'm not the only one, which means that he's so bloody damn disgusting!
This is all I can say.
I'm happy that I've found people who dislike him as well! =)

Pepper Lunch at Ngee Ann City & shopping
The weekends has finally arrived. I'm super exhausted after yesterday's training which dragged all the way till 6 plus 7 in the evening. Next time, it wont be only 7pm. Maybe it will be 7am? I overhead someone said that his friend worked from 10am to 4am the next day. OMG, I'll collapse after 1 day lor. Confirm plus chop.
I went Orchard today to collect Women's Dayout stuff with WJ and Janice. I was hoping to get my goodie bag but I got only a number tag. =( Went to swim with Diana earlier and was super hungry. We walked the whole Taka basement but found nothing that we wanted to eat. We managed to settle for Pepper Lunch after a short while.
We were waiting patiently for our food to be served.

Here's our delicious Pepper lunches. Oh and their honey brown sauce was not bad.

WJ's chicken pepper lunch

My salmon pepper lunch

Janice's beef curry pepper lunch
I went shopping after that w WJ. We shopped for many hours till 8pm! Because of this, she didnt study for the whole of today. Ok, my bad! I could see that the 2 of them are super stressed with school work. Their minds are currently filled with topic of thesis, how many stacks of notes to finish reading, tutorial questions, etc. All the best to my friends who are still studying! Good luck to those who are working too.
Next week will be the last week of training. =( No more chance to slack, talk cock, and be merry during work. I wonder who are the ones in my group? I really hope they will be nice people.
P/S: Dearie, please tell me what you want before Mon. Else I will turn up empty handed. The worse is to give you a Zara voucher. Haha. HURRY HURRY!

18.08.2007 Fireworks Festival 2007 (China Team)
I went to watch fireworks at the Esplanade today. The place was super crowded. The bridge near the Esplanade was filled to the brim. Then we climbed up to the bridge from the stairs in order to be able to watch the fireworks. And we had to stand outside the bridge, holding on to the railings for support for our dear life. Maybe next time we should get the tickets instead. Nevertheless, it was a great night. =)

*This post will be updated when I receive all photos from my group members*
This Penang training was quite fun (minus all the boring seminars we had from 8.30am to 5.30pm). So just let the pictures do the talking. Enjoy!

Oooo, I'll be travelling to Penang for training in less than 12 hours time! I haven't finish packing my luggage as well. It's my first time I'm actually packing office wear into my luggage and it's also my first time I'm packing at the 11th hour. I have to reach the airport tomorrow 6 in the morning. GREAT! So freaking early, and as a result I'll have to take a cab there (freaking waste my precious money)! I'll be travelling with my injuried tail bone and I seriously hope no one will take me as a disabled person. Wish me luck people. This new phase of life isnt going to be that easy. Lotsa OT is something which I seriously dislike, oh and not to mention office politics. I gonna motivate myself to start packing.
May the force be with me!

Went to rollerblade on Wed with WJ and Janice. We all got injuried. Haha! I fell and hurt my (monkey) tail bone while going down a steep slope. I didnt know the importance of this bone until it got hurt. I needed support to sit down, get up and squat. I could only sleep on my sides at night. I couldnt walk too fast and move properly, so I had to stay in bed all day long during the first few days. I feel like a crippled person now! And did I mention that my tail bone hurts whenever I laugh or sneezed?! It's TERRIBLE. And I wonder if I'll be able to recover before leaving for my overseas training on Monday. I'm not hoping for a miracle like a total recovery but at least be able to sit down n get up without needing any support. ='(
WJ hurt her tail bone as well. Janice suffered a scratch on her arm when she tried to avoid crashing into WJ when she fell on the slope. We're pathetic. Haha! I'll not roller blade on any steep slope ever again. It's better to walk using my feet, stable and safe! We must protect our precious life and body!
I've got plenty of things undone - havent completed all my lessons and have yet to pack my luggage!
I cant imagine the day I'm waiting for is just around the corner! I'm going to start a new phase of life on Monday... I'm just having mixed feeling - excited to be able to receive $ soon and scared of the horrendous working hours & high level of stress I've to suffer through.
Ok, time to rest and I'll leave everything to fate! Bye~

I dislike Chinese who cant pronounce my chinese name properly. When they cant pronounce my name, they would ask me whether I've an English name. My name is given by my parents and I certainly do not want to add another name on my own! BRUSH UP YOUR CHINESE MAN!!!
Damn freaky irritated with my aerobics instructor. Another jiak gang dang one. Anyway, he wanted to give me an english name, Francia or something along that line. I bloody hate the name Francis, cause my intern supervisor was a person by this name n of course i disliked him. BOO. Not my father then dont anyhow give me new name!!! I was thinking whether I wanna ask me to call me JUNKI or JUN (sounds like JUNE - orbiang name!). JUNKI sounds a little funny but abit like korean touch. Haha!
I think I'll have to make a choice cause I'm going to start work soon and there's so much potatoes around! JUNKI or JUN? JUN will sound like JUNE, liu yue! Ok lah, JUNKI then! JUN v aunty lor. JUNE AH... Eeeekkkss!!!
I'll definitely appreciate those who can pronounce my name correctly! :)
Exactly 1 more week before HORROR starts!

I'm enjoying the last few days of freedom in serenity (at home) before I enter a new phase in my life.
Anyway, I was doing some research on TCM and I've found a very useful website on healthy food. The recipes are easy to follow. It's important to eat healthily, given so much pollution in the air, pesticides in fruits and vegetables, as well as preservatives and colourings in our food! And, I've lost interest in hawker food because they are unhealthy though tasty.
I do sound like a health freak, dont I? Haha. It's because I'll need a healthy body to endure long and stressful working hours. So HEALTH IS IMPORTANT to stressed working adults. :)
So here's the website: http://www.healthy-chinese-recipe.com/index.html
One part of the information that's on this website (which I believe of you all will be interested):
*Tada*
Low fat diet food
Cereal: barley, millet, sorghum rice, corn, seed of gordon euryale, oat, buckwheat.
Bean: soybean, black soybean, green soybean, kidney bean, pea, mung bean, small red bean, haricot bean.

Others: Tea, vinegar, medlar.
Chinese herbs: fleece flower root, artemisiae, tangerine peel.
Also, there's:
Obesity Diet Food
Here we introduce 30 obesity diet foods and herbs. Their functions and why they can help you to lose weight.
- Tea (consume 1 hour before or after food)
- Soybean and soybean foods
- Small red bean
- Mung bean (aka green bean)
- Corn
- Black mushroom
- Black fungus (I love this! It's crunchy!)
- Lotus leaf
- Apple
- Haw
- Tangerine peel
- and many more...
I've tried barley water yesterday. The barley seeds are a great source of fiber and thus help to cleanse the body. And today I'm having red bean soup which can invigorate the spleen and stomach, diuresis. It's good to have this if you want to lose weight (according to the website). And remember to add as little sugar as possible.
Ok, I'm willing to share all my soups with all my friends if you all want. Just remember my kindness will do. Haha!
